Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel the order by selecting the ‘Request for Cancellation’ tab under the section ‘My Account.’ You will be able to do so if it is initiated before the order has been invoiced. For cancellation of orders with applied ‘Coupons’ or ‘Store Credits,’ you are requested to call our Customer Care at +91 80 4298 1900 (Mon – Fri | 9 am – 6 pm) or drop a mail to email@example.com. Also, Footprint360 team can cancel an order in case of stock unavailability or any damage. The entire amount will be refunded to you within 48 hours from the time of cancellation.
Footprint360 follows a 15-Day return policy subject to the following conditions.
- All returns will be accepted only with the original packaging. In case you want to return the product, please pack the product in the original box along with the original invoice.
- After you have packed the item as stated in point (1), you can contact us via email, chat or telephone and we will pick it from your end.
- In case you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return the product within 15 days of delivery.
- Products should be returned in the original condition you had received.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product damaged due to misuse
- Tampered products or missing serial or labels
- If the product is not having the original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original bill and all/any other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Returns will be confirmed only after inspection. You will receive the status of the return within 3 working days after we receive the shipment. If the return is confirmed as per the policy, we will refund the amount to your bank. For Debit/ Credit / Net Banking orders, the refund will be processed to the same account. For COD orders, please share your bank details to firstname.lastname@example.org to process the refund.
Footprint360 does not accept direct exchanges. The Company’s decision stands final and binding for damaged/defective product and/or issuance of store credit. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the returns policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
